Third Millennium
Third Millennium builds a more consistent LinkedIn presence after a light brand evolution
Overview
Third Millennium wanted a LinkedIn presence as considered as its products.
For a technical, considered-purchase audience like access control buyers, a brand that shows up consistently earns more trust than one that posts occasionally. Third Millennium needed its LinkedIn presence to feel as considered as its products.
Following a light brand evolution, the team needed a regular stream of organic social media content that looked consistent, felt professional and gave the brand a clearer presence in the access control market.
So we worked with Third Millennium to create an organic LinkedIn retainer built around planning, design, scheduling, community management and monthly reporting.

The Challenge
Third Millennium needed a consistent social presence that reflected the brand more clearly
Third Millennium is an award-winning leader in access control. Its brand needed to reflect the same level of professionalism and precision as its products.
The first step was a light brand evolution. This included refining the existing logo, defining a clearer colour palette, recommending a font family and creating simple brand rules for more consistent use across future collateral.
From there, the opportunity was to bring that updated identity into LinkedIn.
Third Millennium needed a consistent, high-quality organic presence, one that could support regular communication, make technical content easier to engage with, and help the brand show up more clearly for its audience.
The challenge was to create a repeatable process. The team needed LinkedIn management services covering monthly content planning, design, scheduling, publishing, light social media community management and reporting, without adding more pressure to the internal team.

The Solution
A monthly LinkedIn retainer built around consistency, clarity and momentum
We created a social media retainer focused on Third Millennium's organic LinkedIn channel.
Each month, we worked to a clear cadence of 8 posts, made up of 4 carousel posts and 4 static posts. This gave Third Millennium a steady rhythm of content, with enough variety to cover product updates, media coverage, announcements, case studies, thought leadership content and other client-supplied themes.
The work included the following:
- Monthly LinkedIn content strategy and planning
- LinkedIn content calendar
- LinkedIn carousel post design
- Static social media post design
- Copy liaison with the client-nominated copywriter
- Post scheduling and publishing
- Light community management
- Platform-ready exports
- One-page monthly LinkedIn reporting
- Next-month recommendations
The retainer gave Third Millennium a clear process for keeping LinkedIn active. Monthly planning calls aligned the content themes. Approved templates kept the creative consistent. Platform-ready assets made posting simpler. And a single monthly report helped the team understand what was working and where the next month could improve.
The design approach was built around the evolved brand toolkit from the brand refresh, using the updated visual direction to create clean, professional LinkedIn content that felt more consistent across every post.

The Result
A clearer, more reliable LinkedIn presence for a technical brand
The organic social media management retainer gave Third Millennium a more consistent way to show up on LinkedIn.
Instead of posting reactively, the team had a planned monthly content rhythm, a repeatable approval process and a cleaner visual system for social content. That helped the brand communicate more clearly and keep its presence active without having to manage every stage internally.
The work helped Third Millennium in the following ways:
- Build a consistent organic LinkedIn cadence
- Turn supplied topics into clear social assets
- Apply the evolved brand identity across regular content
- Create a stronger mix of carousel and static posts
- Keep content planned, approved, scheduled and published
- Monitor comments and inbox activity during standard hours
- Review performance through monthly KPI snapshots
The retainer also gave Third Millennium a clearer framework for learning from performance. Monthly social media reporting focused on metrics such as impressions, engagement rate, reactions, comments, link clicks, follower growth, response time and inbound enquiries, helping each month's activity inform the next.
Across the reporting period, from February to August 2026, the organic LinkedIn activity delivered the following results:
- 19,770 organic impressions
- 18 reposts
- 1,537 clicks
- 10.02% average LinkedIn engagement rate
- 82 new organic followers
- 365 unique visitors to the company page, across 755 total page views
Best-performing post by reach, a webinar announcement on modernising access control without major disruption, reaching 1,894 impressions and a 6.1% engagement rate. Best-performing post by engagement, a post on reliable access control for vulnerable people, reaching 55.6% engagement from 205 impressions.
Compared with the previous reporting period, clicks rose 78% and the average engagement rate increased from 7.27% to 10.02%, proof that content is not just being seen, but genuinely acted on.
For Third Millennium, the outcome was a more structured and consistent social presence, one that made the brand easier to recognise, easier to engage with, and easier for the internal team to manage month after month.
