1. Acceptance of Terms
By commissioning work from Jointly, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms. If you are accessing our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
2. Communication and Workflow
2.1 Primary Contact
To keep things clear and efficient, we encourage you to nominate one main point of contact. This person will consolidate feedback, approvals and decisions throughout the working relationship.
2.2 Responsiveness
Timely communication is key to making the most of your hours. Delays in feedback or approvals may impact project timelines and efficiency.
3. Scope of Services
Jointly provides creative services across design, Webflow and copywriting through bespoke project arrangements.
3.1 Project Scoping
Each project will be scoped on a case-by-case basis depending on your requirements. We’ll confirm the scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees in writing (typically via a proposal or quote) before work begins. Any changes to scope after approval may require a revised quote and timeline.
3.2 Exclusions
Project fees do not include third-party costs including but not limited to: image licensing, fonts, translations or external content creation. You’re responsible for ensuring you hold rights to any materials provided for use.
4. Ownership and Promotion
All final, paid-for work becomes your intellectual property. Jointly reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials, unless otherwise requested not to do so in writing.
5. Project Fees, Quotes and Changes
5.1 Pricing
All pricing is provided on a project-by-project basis and depends on individual client requirements, including scope, complexity and timelines.
5.2 Quote Validity
Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.
5.3 Changes and Additional Work
If you request work that falls outside the agreed scope, we’ll confirm any additional fees and revised timelines in writing before proceeding.
6. Bespoke Project Payment Terms
6.1 Projects Between £1,000–£5,000
A 50% deposit is invoiced on quote approval.
Work may begin once the deposit invoice has been issued.
The final 50% is invoiced upon completion and must be paid before delivery of final assets.
6.2 Projects Over £5,000
A 50% upfront payment is required before work starts.
No initial deliverables will be shared until the deposit has cleared.
The remaining balance is invoiced upon project completion and must be settled before final delivery.
6.3 New Clients
For all new clients commissioning bespoke projects within the first three months of working with Jointly, a 50% upfront payment is required for each project, regardless of value.
7. Payment Terms
All invoices are due within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Overdue payments may result in a temporary pause on services.
We will always notify you before any action is taken regarding outstanding balances.
Once payment is received, services will resume promptly.
8. Termination and Account Access
Either party may terminate the agreement with appropriate notice.
If access to a client portal is provided, it will remain active for 90 days following the end of the most recent project (or the date of termination, whichever is later).
After 90 days, your account may be archived, but can be reactivated for future projects upon request.
9. Client Responsibilities
